01. General Terms & Conditions

1000fix (www.1000fix.ws) is an online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, products, and platforms offered by 1000fix. By accessing 1000fix via the website, mobile app, or any other channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To open a valid account on 1000fix, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed and all deposits and winnings will be forfeited.

• Accurate date of birth (to confirm you are 18+)
• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Valid email address
• Current residential address

2.2 KYC Verification

To prevent fraud and ensure security, 1000fix follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. We may request the following documents prior to large withdrawals or in cases of suspicious activity:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (proof of address)
• Proof of payment method ownership
• Selfie or live photo (if required)

2.3 Account Security

03. Betting Rules

Please read this section carefully before placing any bets on 1000fix. 1000fix reserves the right to void bets placed in violation of these betting rules and terms.

3.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are considered valid only after confirmation by the system. If a bet is not confirmed due to network issues or other technical errors, it will be treated as not placed. If you do not receive a confirmation message after placing a bet, please check your account history.

3.2 Odds Changes

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. However, odds change rapidly in live betting, so the odds at confirmation may differ. In such cases, you will have the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

3.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned within a specified time after kick-off, settlement will be based on the final result at that point.
• For rescheduled matches, all bets will be cancelled if the match is not played within 48 hours.
• Separate rules apply for Over/Under and Handicap bets.

3.4 Maximum & Minimum Bet Limits

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

4.3 Currency

05. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• Get a 100% match bonus on your first deposit (up to ৳5,000).
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for the bonus.
• Wagering requirement to withdraw bonus: 10x (bonus + deposit).
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

5.2 Reload Bonus & Cashback

• A minimum deposit amount is required each week to qualify for the reload bonus.
• Weekly cashback is based on net losses, up to a maximum of 10%.
• Cashback is credited to your account automatically every Monday.

06. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1000fix. Violations may result in account closure and legal action.

• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts
• Using another person's account or payment details
• Using automated betting systems or software
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Assisting minors in opening or using an account
• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform to gain abnormal profits

07. Responsible Betting

1000fix believes betting should be a source of enjoyment, not addiction. We encourage all users to bet responsibly and provide a range of tools to help them do so.

08. Dispute Resolution Process

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw all available balance before closing your account.

1000fix reserves the right to unilaterally close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Use of false identity or fraudulent documents
• Regulatory authority directives or legal requirements

10. Changes & Updates to Terms

1000fix reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
